| Review: |
Kit Higgins was as unhappy with the Dana & Casey courtship in the show's second season as I, and decided to write to combat her frustrations. The result is an not very nice portrayal of Dana, but a forceful!Dan that I find extremely convincing. The series is a bit too sweet towards the end, it lacks Sorkin's dialogue and has some POV switches between paragraphs, but I like how Kit delves into Dan's protective side and shows him taking on even Dana to prevent yet another woman from manipulating Casey's feelings. Dan gets mad, Casey gets cold and angry, and in the end, they get happy. The perfect solution. Now if only the "Mad Series" could be found online again... |
